# Marcel Felix Krause > A founder from the Baltic Sea who lives in Berlin. Right now I'm building Yavio and Commerce for Agents. Most of my time goes into agentic commerce, especially for contracts and insurance. ## Pages - [About](https://marcelfelixkrause.com/about): Marcel Felix Krause is a founder from the Baltic Sea who lives in Berlin and builds Yavio and Commerce for Agents. This is the longer story. - [Work](https://marcelfelixkrause.com/work): the startups I founded and the side projects I build - [Contact](https://marcelfelixkrause.com/contact): How to reach Marcel Felix Krause: email, LinkedIn, X and GitHub. ## Work - Yavio (startup, Active) — https://yavio.ai: In mid 2025 we built our first MCP server, a flight search. The moment Claude found and booked our next flights for us, we knew this was the future. Yavio brings that to brands: we build and run MCP servers under their own name, connected to their systems, so they can sell inside ChatGPT and Claude without building a team for it. - Commerce for Agents (startup, Active) — https://commerceforagents.com: At Yavio we watch companies open their doors to a new kind of customer: AI agents shopping on someone's behalf. At some point the question turned around: what would a shop look like if it never had a human visitor at all? Commerce for Agents is our attempt to find out, the first platform where only agents can shop, starting with energy contracts in Germany. As much research as it is a company. - Participaite (startup, Live) — https://participaite.de: Lübeck's city press office wanted to publish everything on their website in easy language too, but by hand that was an absurd amount of work. I told them I'd sit down with two friends and find a better way with AI. We built a website plugin that translates and hosts whole websites in easy language, thousands of subpages at a time. Then we turned it into a startup. - Lexware MCP (side project, Live) — https://github.com/marselsel/Lexware-MCP-Server: In my early days as a founder I did our bookkeeping myself to save money. It was repetitive and annoying, and while doing it I kept asking Claude questions. At some point I thought: why isn't Claude doing this right inside Lexware for me? So I built an MCP server for Lexware. It now does what I used to do by hand: write invoices and quotes, keep contacts up to date, book vouchers and receipts. - Lillekokken (side project, Building): A hobby project with a friend: the cooking app we always wanted. Clean and calm, built around fine dining recipes you can actually make at home. It's just for us right now, but it might see daylight in the next months. - Theatre Berlin Ticket Bot (side project, Private) — https://github.com/marselsel/ernstbuschticketbot: I'm a big theatre fan. After moving to Berlin I built a WhatsApp bot that messages me whenever the Ernst Busch drama school announces new shows. - TAKT (side project, Live) — https://marselsel.github.io/takt/: I hated waiting for public transport in Berlin, so I built a train tracker that shows me which ride leaves me the shortest wait at the change. ## Links - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcel-felix-krause/ - X: https://x.com/marcelfelixxx - GitHub: https://github.com/marselsel
